This 4-week workshop for parents-to-be and parents of babies will address issues and concerns that can come with the birth of a baby including: the variety of post-partum emotional adjustments, relationships & finances, wellness & self-care, expectations of motherhood, social supports, and resources available. Learn skills and coping strategies from facilitator(s) who have lived experience with post-partum depression. A support group (in person and online) will be offered after the course to provide ongoing help to parents.
