The Cognitive Behavioural Program is a 4-week workshop designed to teach basic life skills regarding someone’s thoughts and behaviors. The goal of this program is to teach participants the building blocks of self-help recovery. This course is an introduction to CBT and is a class, not a Cognitive Behavioral group.
Nov. 13, 20, 27 and Dec. 4 at 2-3:30 p.m. or 6:30-8 p.m.
